We’re “getting our greens” this January with this kale-packed pasta dish, the way your mom (me) intended! Store-bought gnocchi (remember, in the words of queen Ina Garten, store-bought is fine) is tossed in a super-green (get it!), cheesy kale sauce, topped with tangy sun-dried tomatoes, breadcrumbs, and baked to perfection. Not only are the gnocchi store-bought, this is 99.9% a one-pan wonder of a dish (minus the kale preparation)! Minimal cleanup? We love. You have my permission to coat yourself in the warmth of a January pasta night.
