I love a very simple dessert recipe that is entirely make-ahead and can be served as a make-your-own situation at the table! On top of that, replacing shortcake with my Mom’s famous cornbread in this twist on a classic dessert is PEAK Grossy behaviour. Don’t forget to macerate your strawberries!!! *blushes*.
