A Mediterranean Vacation Pasta Salad

Can a pasta salad itself be a vacation? I would like to think it can! Like a well (read:overpacked) suitcase, this salad embraces the bounty of summer zucchini, the unexpected sweetness of roasted fennel, and the fresh, juicy sweetness of green grapes, and the salty crunchiness of pistachios! Plus, I squeezed briny castelvetrano olives into the bag before leaving to balance things out. Of course, if you forget to pack any of these things, you will still have a great time on your trip! Because Grossy Girls are all about making things work no matter what! Serve this vacation on a plate either warm, room temperature, or cold, depending on your mood!
