It’s that dreaded time of year where everyone seems to be on a fabulous vacation in the Mediterranean without us! (Okay fine I did just go to Italy, but that was technically work!) Instead of actually being in the Mediterranean, I thought I would see what I could do with some Mediterranean-inspired ingredients to get us close!
