Ridiculously Good Baked Brie

Ridiculously Good Baked Brie

  • Author: Dan Pelosi

What You’ll Need

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted
  • 1 12 oz wheel of brie cheese
  • Jam or compote, cranberry/berry/your fave
  • Honey or maple Syrup
  • Brown sugar, light or dark, or any sugar honestly

What You’ll Do

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put on your pajamas or something comfortable.
  3. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place sheet of puff pastry on parchment. Place wheel of brie on top of puff pastry, centered. Smother the top of the brie with your jam or compote…this is a more-is-more situation. Don’t dm me asking how much you need, just add more…
  5. Fold all four corners of the puff pastry over the top of the brie, pressing down firmly as they layer on top of each other.
  6. Drizzle the puff pastry with honey or maple syrup. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
  8. Live, laugh, love!
